Community Home Care (CHC) is the only home health agency locally owned and operated in El Campo. This service of El Campo Memorial Hospital offers skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, medical-social services, home health aide services to homebound individuals needing medical care, and educational services and therapy in their homes. CHC is licensed by the Texas Department of Health, and is Medicare certified. CHC provides services to patients 18 years or older, excluding obstetrics patients. |
