Ariel Fojt, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Ariel Fojt, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who grew up in Hallettsville, Texas. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Victoria College in 2014. She then went to work for Cuero Regional Hospital in Cuero, Texas, for 5 years in ICU, Day Surgery, and PACU. During that time she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB) in 2016. Ariel earned her Masters of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2018 from UTMB. Currently she lives in El Campo, Texas. She is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, National Leadership and Success Organization, and Sigma Theta Tau International. Ariel has a special interest in women’s health and completed an extra rotation at Victoria Women’s Clinic. Much of her family medicine rotations were completed in surrounding rural health clinics. She believes in patients being involved in their care and treatment plans. She likes to promote health, wellness, and preventative medicine. In her spare time she enjoys running, traveling, spending time with family, antiquing, and riding horses.

Ariel provides healthcare at the MidCoast WellCare at the HealthPlex Building in El Campo.
