Trauma Coordinator
The Trauma Coordinator works collaboratively with hospital staff, organization leaders and physicians. He or she is responsible for trauma related performance improvement, injury prevention, education, outreach and trauma registry operations. The Trauma Coordinator works with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital leadership to prepare for and maintain the Level IV Trauma designation by the Texas Department of State Health Services and/or verification by the American College of Surgeons.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
• Currently certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Five (5) years clinical experience in trauma/emergency care
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Computer management skills required
• Effective interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Physical Therapist
Organizes and conducts physical therapy programs in the hospital, via home health, and other settings to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. The Physical Therapist shall be responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in the provision of the full scope of Physical Therapy services.
Must be able to work at multiple locations and on weekends.
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy. Current Texas license granted by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Experience with hospital in-patients is preferred.
Physical Therapy Assistant
Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant provides treatment in the hospital or the home care setting to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part. The licensed Physical Therapy Assistant provides direct physical therapy intervention based on the individualized treatment plan and established priorities for each patient as developed by the Physical Therapist.
Current Texas license granted by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Must have a valid Texas drivers’ license, current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation. Needs Current CPR
